What is the $25 deposit?

A fully refundable reservation deposit — not a membership charge. It holds your founding member spot and locks in $80/mo for life. No monthly charges until we open. If Pickle Shot doesn't open for any reason, every dollar is returned immediately, no questions asked.
What are Play Passes and how do they work?

Play Passes are how our system manages daily open play. Each member's account is refreshed with passes when their membership renews. Use one pass to register for a free open play session. Standard members get off-peak passes. Founding and Elite members get both peak and off-peak passes. Cancel more than 24 hours ahead and the pass returns to your account.
What's the difference between peak and off-peak?

Off-peak is weekday mornings and evenings after 9pm, plus weekend evenings. Peak is weekday evenings 5–9pm and weekend mornings — the most in-demand slots. Standard members get free off-peak open play. Founding and Elite members get both peak and off-peak covered.
Is it really open at midnight?

Yes. Our badge-access system runs 24/7 with no staff required to unlock anything. If you have a valid membership and a court booking, the entry opens. Night shift workers, early-morning grinders, and competitive players training at odd hours are some of the most loyal members at 24/7 facilities like this.
How does badge access work?

We mail you an RFID key fob when your membership activates — or you can tap in with your phone via the app. Tap the front entry reader to enter, then tap your specific court gate at your booking time and the court lights come on automatically. Anti-passback means your badge can't let someone else in while you're already inside.
Can I bring guests?

Yes. Founding and Elite members get 2 free guest passes per month. Standard members get 1. Additional guests can purchase a day pass through the app — it generates a QR code for front entry. Simple, no sneaking required.
What's the difference between Standard, Founding, and Elite?

Standard ($100/mo) covers free off-peak open play, 10% off court bookings, 10-day advance window, and 1 guest pass per month. Elite ($139/mo) upgrades to peak + off-peak open play, 20% off bookings, 14-day advance, and 2 guest passes. Founding ($80/mo, rate locked forever) gets you every Elite perk at $59/mo less — permanently. The Founding rate is only available now via $25 deposit and disappears once 100 spots are filled.
Where exactly in Ontario / Eastvale?

We're finalizing our site — targeting the Ontario/Eastvale corridor near the 15 freeway for easy access from Rancho Cucamonga, Chino, Fontana, Upland, and Corona. Founding members get the exact address and photos before anyone else.
When do you open?

Targeting late 2025. Founding members get regular updates — site selection, construction photos, and confirmed open date. You'll have your badge in hand before the doors open to the public.
Can I cancel my membership?

Month-to-month, cancel anytime with no penalty through the app. No contracts, no cancellation fees. If you cancel and rejoin later, you'll return at the rate available at that time — the founding rate is only guaranteed to members who maintain their membership.
